Our room was very nice. Very clean with comfortable beds. The staff here was very nice. Breakfast was good. Location was close to attractions in Hershey. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good value for price. Clean. The heat and air conditioning units in the room are very noisy. Walls are thin and TV noise travels right through them. Breakfast is nice though the eggs had no taste - were they powdered??

Arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and was told that if I wanted to check in early it was an addition $25. This is in addition to the already over inflated cost of a room due to the fact there was a concert event at the stadium. $300 + per night for a average hotel, can you say money grab …

Staff were very friendly. Had an indoor pool which was clean and was a great option to have for the kids after spending an entire day at Hershey Park! Quick, simple & basic breakfast option. Nothing crazy but options and coffee were always hot. If you want something more elaborate there were options close by! Would recommend! Minutes from Hershey!

Great hotel. Efficient and friendly service, very clean rooms and updated facilities. Worth the stay. My only request is some fruit salad at breakfast and more toilet paper in the room.
