Great place to stay for a family and with cooking facilities. Good pool. Only concern was beds were not made on 4th day when sheets were meant to be changed. We did it ourselves by requesting new sheets and making the bed. Great view from upper levels. Would definitely stay here again and pay for higher levels.

Excellent accommodation in a superb location opposite Catseye beach. The views from our apartment were magnificent. The property’s pool was a bonus. Hamilton Island shuttle bus stops right at the door of the property making it so easy to go down to the supermarket and marina. The only fault was that the wifi dropped in and out for us.

I took the garden view, which was 2nd floor, but turn out i can see both the beautiful garden and the beach. Room was really spacious and neat. Everything was in place from bedroom, toilet and kitchen stuff.

Excellent view, very spacious and comfortable apartment, very effective A/C, fantastic transport with frequent shuttle bus around the island. Very friendly staff. Would have been perfect if there was a washing machine and a dryer. We could live without a dishwasher but wanting to wash and dry our togs and maybe do a bit of laundry before returning home would have been convenient. Loved the dining options around the island but was also happy to buy a few favourite items from IGA and enjoy eating in our apartment with breathtaking views. Magical memories with my mother were made.

Everything was fine accept the floors were very dirty. We had black feet from walking around the apartment. I remember staying there years ago and we had the same problem, the cleaners don’t use clean water each time they get a room ready for a stay, the mop bucket water was black. I cleaned the floor with a packet of baby wipes and they were black by the end of it. Great views though, they take rubbish away everyday. Beds are made/changed on 4th day.

Great option for a group of 4 or more. Great view and convenienly located close to the dock. The room was clean and equiped for cooking. The only thing needs a lot of improvement is internet. The speed is extremely slow, you can barely navigate in your browser basic content, don't even think about streaming something. If you don't mind about internet, the rest is all great.

Whitsunday Apts is a nice alternative to a hotel..

This is our second time staying. We like the convenience of having a kitchen and being right across from the beach. Handy shuttles in to town. Cafe and bar right across the road. We would’ve liked two beach towels for our stay, as you only get one thin one for 4 days, and no extra blankets in the room. It was chilly and reception had already closed. Early check out but change facilities were hot, cramped and humid with no mirrors in the bathroom to freshen up...could be upgraded.
