This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve on-site parking, access to the public bath facility and high chair. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB International, Union Pay and cash. This property reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card prior to arrival. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system and a first aid kit in all accommodation.

• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the ryokan before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos will be required to follow specific instructions when using the on-site public bathing facilities; more details are available at check-in.
