You have to check in online I end up calling to get the code for the door they said they send it to me when never was send and the noise omgs horrible our neighbors were chatting eve we can hear they conversation all night. text the owner never responded I ended up going to our neighbors to tell them to be quiet thankfully they did and went back to sleep

Because I booked through Hotels.com they did not have my phone number to text me the check-in code. I called and they took care of it immediately. Cute place. Huge room. Ate at Chomps next door which was really tasty.

We stayed August 28-30 first day was ok stayed in unit 9 went to check in there is no office everything is done over the phone seemed odd . Second day we were woke up with a gentleman walking in the room as we were sleeping woke out of a dead sleep to someone standing there saying hes staying in the same unit and had the same code as the one we were given which should have never happened. The situation could have went really bad . I called the company as soon as it happened 5 times no answer didn’t receive a call or text until the next morning saying sorry for this and he other response was (my bad ) really i said someone could have been seriously hurt in this accident of them giving both of us the same room and code.Asked for a refund for the issue and she said i can only give you one night refund that was ridiculous.

Pretty good place to stay!

Our stay was pretty good. We had problems with Wi-Fi and never did get connected which created some problems. There’s no refrigerator in the room. Overall, the room was clean and neat and was provided with towels and soap and all of those things. The beds were nice and comfortable.. There’s a nice little restaurant next-door with good food. We would stay again.

Quiet and clean. There is no office, everything is done via text. If you don't have a room number and code once there, just give them a call. They'll hook you up right away

Lesson learned

Says sleeps 3 but standard had one queen bed....we assumed there was a sofa but there was not. No office on site. Called the number provided and initially was told that we could rent a cot for 10.00. The room was already 93.00 for absolutely no amenities such as coffee maker, ice maker..nothing. Bare essentials. Could not check in until 3 and was told within 24 hours of arrival would get an email with key code to get into room. Did not get email. Called the number and was given key code over the phone and then received a text awhile after with the information. They finally offered the cot but no one onsite that late in day so received cot next day. Free wifi sucked and did not work half the time.
