Quiet location

Nice place to explore from. Away from the crowds. Kitchen was not really a kitchen so don't plan on cooking much. A little overpriced for what it was.

Traum-Finca in absoluter Toplage

Eine tolle, aktiv geführte Bananenplantage (ohne Plane!), extrem gepflegt, in der 5 große Appartements liegen. So schön eingerichtet, klar, stylisch und elegant, ringsherum ganz viel Freiraum auf dem Gelände, Sonnenliegen, alles was man braucht. Und als Krönung der Blick über die Bananen bis zum Meer und auf Gomera. Wenige Meter runter zum Meer sind 3 Strände, eine kleine Bude und die Promenade in den Ort. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir spontan verlängert hätten, aber leider war nichts mehr frei. Wir kommen wieder, Natalia!

Ausstattungsmerkmale von website stimmen nicht

Auf der website ist ein Pool aufgelistet, den es aber nicht gibt. Nach Reklamation vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, es handele sich um einen Naturpool. In Wahrheit ist es eine Felsformation im Meer mit einer Badeleiter. Das ist wahrlich kein Pool. Außerdem wurde mir vor Anreise versichert, dass es deutsches TV gäbe. Vor Ort stellten wir dann fest, dass es nur 3 deutschsprachige Verkaufssender gab. erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen wurde nach 4 tagen ein Fachmann geholt, der dann dafür sorgte, dass normale deutsche Programme zu sehen waren. Die "Terrasse" waren Gartenmöbel VOR dem Haus im Schotter stehend, nur erreichbar durch Verlassen des Hauses durch die Haustür. Das Wohnzimmer war so klein und die Möbel eher für Kinder gedacht, sodass gerade mal 2 Personen einigermaßen vernünftig darauf sitzen konnten. Das Haus ist aber für 6 Personen gedacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben zu dritt im Brier eine schöne Ferienwoche verbracht. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, täglich Bananen und andere Produkte von der Farm frisch auf den Tisch, das Meer und Alcala in Laufnähe.

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küchen Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig, wir kamen aber zurecht.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung inmitten einer Bananenplantage

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und der Austattung rundum zufrieden. Waren allerdings froh das wir nur 2 Paare waren und uns in 3. Zimmer ausbreiten konnten. Mit 6 Erwachsenen wäre es etwas eng geworden.

Abseits vom Massentourismus

- neues und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus - ca. 200 m vom Meer entfernt - gehört zu einer Bananenplantage - Hafenstädtchen Alcala mit guten Restaurants (Sauco, Muelle Viejo) durch einem kurzen Spaziergang an der neuen Promenade erreichbar - gut gelegen für Ausflüge zum Teide und nach Masca - ein Mietwagen ist erfordrlich, aber auf Teneriffa sehr preiswert

Great house close to the beach

We stayed at this Finca for a week and enjoyed it a lot. It is very quiet, located in the middle of a banana plantation, all you hear is the waves on the beach (100 meters down the private road), the wind in the palm trees, the birds - and the chicken. Alcala is within walking distance (10-15 minutes), the guarded public beach 5 minutes, and to the north you reach a newly paved path towards Los Gigantes after 200 meters on a rocky path. The house/apartment has everything you need, is tastefully furnished, and we really plan on coming back here. The hosts are helpful, everything went smooth. It helps to have a car, but if you don't want/need one, you can do without and get around by taxi and bus. Shopping is easy in nearby Alcala, where you can also find bars and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay at the finca. Short distances from various sides and just a short walk to the beach. Very friendly people and very clean.
