My hell at hardrock

Staff were very rude , Lunch at the beach bar my youngest didn’t get his food for 90mins by that time I had to take him to another place - Imagine a 9 year old not eating for 14 hours - Staff didn’t care actually said we will bring the food when ready after 90 minutes - Charged me for ordering water even though I asked for tap - Staff were so rude I spent almost £2000 for 2 nights and the service was awful, Disgusting almost to the stage I would say don’t come here

🌴 An Amazing Stay at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark! 🌊 We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. Amazing time at this property. When you are already at a wonderful place with great weather it’s just a cherry on top to get amazing service. Friendly service and wonderful options. The atmosphere will put anyone in a good mood. Always love coming here. I tried the Ritz as a comparison and there was none! The people here take personally that you are here to have a good time and keep you happy!

Some parts were really good! Music, entertainment, kids club. Some areas were poor, sofa bed really uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be a good investment to get people to go back. Unhappy that I was offered free parking space but after 3 visits to the reception I still needed to play after many excuses and different information. Poor, it’s a shame! Little things spoil a good stay! Some cockroaches seen around the restaurant area in the evening.

Hotel was fun,great theme. Food and room was excellent. Disappointed with the benefits of rock royalty, definitely didn't get that feel.The rock royalty restaurant was very busy for the space. One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was alot better. The drinks and food in the hotel is three times the price of outside. 3 cocktails 50 euro! Outside the main buffet the restaurants are very quite ( due to price id imagine. Effects the atmosphere. Also down in the beach club you have to pay to sit anywhere nice. Not very rock royalty . Overall a nice hotel that is a shell of what it used to be. If they just dropped there prices all around im sure would double there income and have more returning customers. If you do go ,id probably recommend all inclusive otherwise youd be paying alot. Rock royalty staff especially in the reception where fantastic.

Hard No for Hardrock

The service was generally not great. The hotel staff left our luggage in the lobby the entire day, right by the door, after asking them to deliver this to the room 3 times, we eventually went down and took it to our room ourselves, with two small kids this is not ideal. The food was average and generally no one explained anything and everything was done with attitude. Sorry hard no, for the hard rock!

Really easy going hotel and great for the little ones especially if you are a solo parent as you can also get some R&R. The staff in the Kids Club are truly amazing. Restaurant staff less so. By its very nature it is a busy hotel with lots of families choosing all inclusive and the attitude of some of the staff is almost annoyance. Worse I think are the other restaurants where you pay more. The staff in these are really in need of more training as you expect the service to match the food and price point but it does not.

Almost impossible to book any of the restaurants within the hotel, especially if you’re a bigger party. Many of the pools were closed unfortunately.

The place is very clean, classy, organizer and serene. The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was superb. Overall, I will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Property was lovely didn’t realise how Far out although only €15 to Adeje in a taxi rank at front door of hotel. Really loved the hotel rooms beautiful and different. Entertainment was great live music every night. Not much around the hotel few shops and places to eat. Food in the sessions buffet great choices. Being inclusive felt at a disadvantage as only allowed to eat in cafe at appointed times. I would not eat in the al a carte as an all inclusive guest again as poor service and limited menu. Staff attentive slightly abrupt at times will put this down to language barrier. Really clean although lagoon pool needs a little attention the heated pools were fantastic. Again service around the pools is brilliant. Staff at the pool bar were amazing thank you. We had a great holiday would highly recommend and will definitely return. I recommend downloading the hotel app and familiarising yourself with the hotel before going. There is also a Facebook page. Lots of children here who were well catered for by all activities.
