Room was in great condition. Two big beds. Me and the wife slept in different beds 😅. Showerhead was not connected properly so it was spraying everywhere. Plenty of hot water, very basic breakfast. Was great if there were some fruits included. I was in Mexico, Central America and South America and breakfast included fruits a lot of places. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and it was very close the airport which was great. Great to have filtered water so didn’t need to buy mineral water from stores

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff used phone translator to communicate and make certain they answered our questions and met our needs. It’s a small hotel and amazing in its layout. Great breakfast and airport shuttle for a fee was on time and reliable.

We needed a place close to the airport for just one night, preferably with transport to the airport included. In & Out was a good fit. It is not a fancy place, but is clean and comfortable and they provide a good breakfast menu.

In & Out Hotel in Guatemala City offers a convenient and affordable stay, especially due to its proximity to La Aurora airport. The excellent staff ensured a seamless, very late check-in, and the air-conditioned rooms provided a comfortable environment. I particularly appreciated how quickly they scheduled a private transfer to Antigua for the next morning, which went perfectly. The property and room were very clean, and the included breakfast was delicious.
