Pros: great location, extremely friendly staff. Cons: incorrect information re. the airport/hotel transfer cost. Although it was advertised as $15 roundtrip but in our case it was $12 just one way. Also, add at least 30 minutes of waiting time regardless the specified pick up time. No hot water from the faucet.

Very well situated in Zona 10 where you can easily walk to malls, restaurants, convenient stores etc… also very safe and the Hotel itself is a beautiful little boutique style building. Breakfast was beyond underwhelming and staff not too attentive. I’d stay here again!
