Check-in was very easy. Personnel were friendly, courteous and attentive. The place was very clean as well as the room. The only downside was the noisy fan in the room. Other than that, it was very cozy and made you feel like at home.

Wonderful welcome

The staff at Casa Salomé were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the central plaza, La Casa de la Memoria (powerful museum-- highly recommended), and other sites.

I got good help by the hotel stuff (Stephanie) to book my door-to-door trip from the hotel to Panajachel. Two problems in the bathroom: 1. Extremely strong chemical smell 2. The shower head had electrical heating system installed. While taking shower I put up my hands close to the showerhead I got electrical shock in my fingers!!!! To be sure I checked it several times. Each time I put my hands close to the showerhead I got electrical shock in my fingers. VERY DANGEROUS!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca a todo, la atención del personal es excelente, el desayuno es bueno, el servicio de turco y sauna muy bueno y el tiempo que desees, el café de recepción delicioso, te puedes mover en taxi en Yopal es muy económico el servicio.

コロナウイルスの影響でホテルから出られない期間がありましたが、スタッフの方々が非常に親切で、無料の食事の差し入れ等、いろいろお世話になりました。部屋の掃除とベッドメーキングは毎日してもらえます。英語を話せるスタッフは一人だけいました。インスタントコーヒーを無料で飲むことができ、キッチンの電子レンジも使うことができました。
