Room was clean and modern. Everything was in incredible condition. Very close proximity to shops & restaurants. The price was extremely reasonable. The main issue, is that despite the nice ceiling fan and the patio doors, the room was still very warm at night. The rooms do not have AC.

These are brand new lofts/apartments so there is lots of "new construction" smell in all areas. The A/C units are still not working, only fans, which made it uncomfortable during the hot days. Pricing should be better during this construction time, plus they don't mention it on the descpription.

More than a hotel, these are furnished apartments. Extremely comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. They don't have air conditioning. Everything in Cayalá is within easy walking distance. Very safe. At night, all the streets are well-lit. Next to the building, there are coffee shops, a gym, and a restaurant. Ideal for a 3-day stay, enough time to explore the entire Cayalá area. Keep in mind that it's not near downtown Guatemala City, and it takes about an hour to get to the airport.
