Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, café delicia apesar de ser igual todos os dias. Vi muitas reclamações sobre o hotel e se fosse por esses comentários eu não iria mas ainda bem q fui e não me arrependo, piscina ótima funcionarios educados, colchão excelente, o hotel prwvisa de algumas manutenções mas não é nada alarmante como alguns destacaram, voltarei mais vezes e indico a todos conhecer e tirar suas próprias conclusões, ar condicionado realmente é antigo e barulhento mas nada que atrapalhe muito, pelo preço valeu e eu volto amei a estadia.

Hotel de frente para a praia. Café da manhã razoável. Chuveiro bom. Aparelho de TV e programação à cabo bons. Funcionários atenciosos. Estacionamento pequeno, pedem para deixar a chave para manobrar. Não há climatização no restaurante. Quartos precisam de reforma, precisam de novos colchões e travesseiros, aparelho de ar condicionado extremamente barulhento.

O hotel não condiz com o que é apresentado no site. É tudo muito velho e o atendimento no geral não é nada profissional. Parece que os funcionários estão fazendo um favor em te atender. Desci para pegar uma água e disseram que não podia colocar na conta do quarto. Quando fui pagar disseram que não tinha troco para 20 reais. Enfim, tive que ser grosseira para pegar uma água no hotel. Fui tomar um café à tarde e o rapaz traz um sache de açucar e um de adoçante e pede para eu escolher para já levar o outro de volta. Achei ridículo. Fiquei em um quarto familia para 5 pessoas e não queriam dar 2 chaves alegando que só costumam dar uma. O lugar está muito longe de ser um hotel. Sinto muito. Tem ótima piscina e localização, mas é só isso.

Quarto limpo. Apenas tivemos problemas com o cartao de acesso, o tempo todo saiamos e a pensavamos que a porta estava fechada mas estava aberta, um perigo. E o ar condicionado é muito barulhento. No mais foi uma estadia excelente. Fomos surpreendidos com uma vista linda da praia. Comida excelente do restaurante do hotel. Atendimento excelente e rapido

Tudo muito bom, atendimento impecável. O restaurante no hotel dá uma comodidade que ajuda bastante também. Tudo que precisei foi prontamente resolvido e voltaria novamente. Tenho um ponto a melhorar que é sobre o chuveiro, ele é a gás e tem uma boa pressão de água.

Ao chegar as 20h00 na recepção o atendente nao sabia que a diaria estava paga. Tove que emviar o comprovante para eles via WhatsApp, Pedimos duas chaves so deram uma e nao teve acordo. Ao fazer o Check-out mais hma vez perguntaram se eu havia pago a diaria. Ou seja um descontrole total deste hotel. O cheiro de mofo é de mais no quarto.
