The staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel could be a little hard to find for taxi drivers (it’s in the back of the plaza) but overall pretty convenient. There’s a convenient store and a KFC in the same plaza so easy to buy some quick food if needed. It was about 40-60 mins drive away from the city center where a lot of attractions are, but you can also take the taxi to the airport and take the subway from there.

Overall is good. The only thing is that they insisted to charge the third person breakfast fee even my reservation clearly indicated "3 adults and breakfast included". There is no where in the reservation states that breakfast included was only for 2 people. It would be adding some misleading and confusion to guests especially those who speak limited Mandarin.

Great option if you have a connecting flight early the next morning! The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size and it’s great value. Distance wise it’s not far from the airport but if there is traffic it can take about 10-15 mins by taxi/Didi. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, so be sure to contact the hotel to organise. Being near the airport, it’s not a bustling area but there are a few local restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat, even if it’s late.

Staff not so customer friendly

We booked for 3 adults but were provided with 2 super single beds. Staff did not explained to us during check-in. It was too late for us to feedback as we arrived very late past midnight and did not make a fuss. Furthermore, the staff was not so friendly when we posed her questions regarding check-out time.
