Esta muy viejo el hotel, las habitaciones según remodeladas están muy viejas. Los pisos muy antiguos y se ven sucios Los ventiladores muy ruidosos y algunos no sirven.

Que no tuvieran cerveza para vender en la recepción y algunas cucarachas en la entrada, sobre todo de noche. Aunque se entiende por la ubicación en donde se encuentra. Por eso no lo califique mal. También más opciones de sabores de Maruchan.

La recepcionista no tenía una actitud buena, los pasillos apestosos a tabaco y la habitación de igual forma, no es un hotel es un motel los canales son pornograficos y solo se escuchan parejas teniendo relaciones, no es familiar y la zona no es nada agradable

La peor experiencia que he tenido.

* llegué a las 17:00 hrs y a pesar de haber hecho el check-in ya tarde la habitación no estaba lista. Y me comentaron que mi habitación estaba rentada a otro usuario. * estuve esperando 25 minutos en recepción y al final me asignaron una habitación de un costo menor al que me correspondía sin ningún tipo de compensación por el error que ellos mismos cometieron. * al día siguiente en la mañana a las 8:00am fueron a mi cuarto y me levantaron siendo que me encontraba de descanso para pedirme de forma muy grosera que moviera mi auto del estacionamiento porque estorbaba aotro vehículo para su salida, les comenté que yo me había estacionado bien y aún así me hicieron despertar, cambiarme y bajar al estacionamiento solo para corroborar que efectivamente el auto que estaba mal estacionado no era el mío, sino de otro usuario. * en la llegada me percate que los precios establecidos por el hotel directamente con ellos eran mucho más bajos que los que están ofertando en la app de hoteles.com, normalmente uso la app por motivos de tener un mejor precio en la tarifa y es decepcionante ver qué lejos de tener un beneficio pague más de lo que realmente cuesta la habitación (eso sumando el hecho de que el hotel por su error en la reserva me asignó un cuarto de todavía un menor costo). * la habitación del hotel está en un estado deplorable sin mantenimiento y malas condiciones, el colchón es duro y viejo se puede notar a simple vista, y no se tiene agua embotellada en la habitación.

Es un fraude, para reservar te hacen el cargo a tu tarjeta de credito, al llegar te dicen que no hay tal reserva y como no manejan devolución te roban tu dinero.

Hotel en zona muy peligrosa

mala experiencia, ubicado en zona altamente peligrosa, sucia. las instalaciones son viejas, La habitación tenía impregnado un olor fuerte a tabaco. Las recepcionistas son amables. Procuren buscar una zona mas segura aunque la tarifa sea mas elevada.

Buena relación calidad y precio

Las instalaciones tal y como las fotos, el internet funciona bien, la ubicación es buena, frente a la terminal de autobuses antigua, el metrobus y los autobuses locales. La colonia por las noches está algo peligrosa, obscura y solitaria.
