24 hour surveillance and theres always someone in the entrance to greet you and ready to provide support as well as friendly staff everywhere. A front desk member is always present. The waiting room is very aesthetically pleasing and welcoming.

The property is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly, hotel is a walking distance to many restaurants and the Cathedral is couple of blocks, it's very safe to walk to El Mercado San Juan De Dios,l. 100 percent recommended.

We spent a night at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Room was large and very comfortable. Lovely hallways. The hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was good, too! Location is optimal for touring Guadalajara.

Great hotel

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was top notch clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It wasn’t noisy. I will always stay here when I visit Guadalajara from now on. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

The staff was polite, the only issue we had is that for some reason the hotel ran out of water for hours. This was uncomfortable, I understand some situations are unforeseen; but I would think there would be a backup plan for situations like these.
