Great hotel but the area was a bit isolated and not always safe. Great location and convenient to the main square. Tons of shopping and great food. Can’t stay out late because of location.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are modern. They were super clean and the staff did a great job every day. Everyone was very friendly and the front desk was even able to arrange transportation for us as needed.

This is our second time staying at this place, we like the place the only thing was kind of smell and the noise it is loud if you stay by the room to the Hidalgo street .. but overall it’s nice and safe we recommended

This was a great choice of a Hotel during our stay in Guadalajara. It met all of our needs, it was super clean, very modern decor, most comfortable beds we stayed in, location was perfect down town but most of all the most courteous and very attentive professional staff. This was the best stay i’ve had at a hotel by far, the staff was beyond friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is very cozy and extremely clean and the room service is amazing!!! The location is very convenient and has access to a 7/11 and an Oxxo right across the street and is really close to many popular landmarks in Guadalajara. If I were to go on vacation here again I’d definitely book this hotel over and over again.
There is a restaurant on the top floor with excellent food & service.

Great location walkable to all the Centro sights. Nice clean room. Staff could be more knowledgeable about area, dining, etc. wouldn’t mail a postcard. I’d stay here again. Good choice.
