I stayed at this hotel in Guadalajara for 12 days and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I encountered bed bugs in two different rooms, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a long-term stay. After discovering the issue, I contacted the general manager and requested either a refund or to be moved to a different hotel for safety and hygiene reasons. I was told that because I had paid in advance and other hotels were fully booked, this was not possible. Instead, I was moved to yet another room within the same hotel. While the staff did change my room, the lack of a proper solution or compensation after encountering bed bugs multiple times was extremely frustrating and concerning. Bed bugs are a serious health and cleanliness issue, and I expected the hotel to take stronger responsibility. I would strongly caution future guests, particularly those planning extended stays, to be aware of this experience before booking.

First and foremost the staff is excellent. Very helpful and accommodating for a tourist with very limited Spanish. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The first floor rooms from B -F are going to have noise from the club across the street Probably second floor too. Was able to walk to far more than I thought possible from this location. It was difficult for me to get onto internet, Wifi yes. Internet, no. Secure valet parking was a plus. For the price this is a very good choice.

Los del personal son súper amables y atentos. El hotel está muy limpio, las camas y almohadas bastante cómodas. El área si está algo ruidosa durante la noche y obviamente es por el área céntrica. Queda cerca para caminar para el área de la catedral, restaurantes, farmacia, panaderías y tiendas. Súper recomendado con un precio accesible y las cualidades que tienen.

Contacté al hotel porque mi viaje era de negocios y me adelantaron las fechas por 3 días y ocupaba cambiar las fechas. Nadie usó la habitación y el hotel se ganó los $110 de una reserva. Yo estuve super anuente a que me cobraran una multa, pero no hubo forma que alguien del hotel ni a través de Expedia tuviera la empatía suficiente como para ayudarme. Dejo el review para que tengan en cuenta que ante cualquier problema el hotel no les va a brindar ningún tipo de ayuda. Tuve que reservar otro hotel donde me trataron espectacular, imprevistos nos pueden pasar a cualquiera pero la poca flexibilidad de este hotel es impresionante.
