Great location! The property is within walking distance of the historic center, the cathedral, and the famous San Juan de Dios indoor market. The staff is friendly, and room service was excellent. While the property could benefit from an update and a refresh in the hallways, it offers good value for the price. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow.

Property is great for the price. Entrance and all is very nice. Room was a bit old, there were pieces of the ceiling scraping off, bathroom door knob was about to fall off as well, sheets were a bit stained, and some other little things were old and hanging. But other than that room was in decent condition, and I would stay here again. Also, great location as we were able to walk to almost all locations we wanted to visit.
