The property was beautiful—almost new facility, inviting atmosphere, and convenient shuttle to the airport. However, the bulk of the staff needs training as they aren’t customer conscious or attentive. My guess is that they have never worked in the service industry. The shining star was the morning attendant who made omelettes/tortillas/eggs-to-order. She should be running and training for the entire facility. She was warm, intelligent, gracious, and service-oriented. I would return because of HER and condition of the facility but the rest of the staff needs serious training and constant supervision.

The only thing I didn’t like is that transportation was not available at the time of my arrival (at the time of reservation that was the main reason I chose that hotel) I ended up paying for taxi. Hotel is very clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
