The facilities and the staff are great. The hotel area it’s under a massive construction, (The Minerva) and the traffic to get to the hotel it’s super slow, but looking forward to see the final results in that area of the city.

I'm from Guadalajara but live in the USA. Every time I visit my family, I choose this hotel because of its amazing location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nallely. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathroom shower is great. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the waitres are super friendly. They make you feel welcome like you're at home. There are many hotels in Guadalajara, but I always pick this one.

I love the Fiesta Americana Hotel, I’ve stayed there since I was little. Even the rooms are so comfortable, it can use an exterior renovation tho, but the interior still rocks :)
