The room was perfect for my husband and I for our weekend trip. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Their Piso 7 restaurant has beautiful views and great food. Loved the breakfast buffet.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Rooms were so clean and smelt great! The location is next to everything and so much to do and eat all around you. The staff were absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions. The staff was quick and efficient. They have Vallet parking on the side of the building and it was quick and easy to use, especially since in the city and parking can be hard to locate. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time we come back we will be staying here again!

The staff were warm and genuine. Each time we called the front desk from our room we were promptly greeted and addressed by our name. The hotel’s location was superb! The housekeeping was very much meticulous and always left the room as immaculate as it was on the first day of check in. Will definitely stay there again!

The biggest asset of the property is their staff: very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was clean but wish it was bigger. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel once and I understand why people recommend getting breakfast buffet in the hotel. Number 1 reason: gorgeous views of cathedral and number 2 there is nothing better around. Location of the hotel is great walking distance to all historic attractions of the centro historico but… Goverment of Guadalajara must do something about homeless people problem in the historic center. They don’t bother anyone but it’s a shame it exists in such a beautiful city center.

I loved that this property had a beautiful view from the top floor but the surrounding area felt quite sketchy to walk around in. Furthermore there was no basics provided in the room - toothbrush, razor, kettle. The room phone was hard to operate. There is also no basics room service. However the laundry facilities were excellent and decently priced for dry cleaning.
