Went to the bar to grab a few drinks and the guy there was rude. I asked him what drink he recommended and he said idk I like strong drinks but with an attitude then a guy next to me was asking for beer and they couldn’t suggest something for him. And you can’t eat at the bar

Staff very polite, room was clean, but need to fix issues. Bathroom glass door didnt lock, shower door didn't close, toilet seat cover loose, make up mirror didn't work, nightstand missing a leveling leg. Restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent, view priceless. Over night went for coffee and a slice of pie, pie was a mandarin cheesecake it was great, but coffee wasn't $ 140 each coffee that's a no, wasn't good and didn't drink we did pay $506 including tip. Surrounded areas sidewalk and walls homeless, graffiti, and very bad smells.

Made a mistake and booked through Expedia instead of the hotel website...got a room that was so small you couldn't turn around, shower leaked, room sucked. I changed room (with a cost) the second day...the smoke alarm went off the last night...announcement said to prepare to evacuate...ends up false alarm...all in all the place sucks

The area was convenient but it’s dirty and dangerous at night. The hotel room is small, i choose this room because of the view that is sold on this app, even paid extra for the balcony. That’s not the view you get, i even asked to move to a room with the view and they mentioned none of the rooms have that view. The view is blocked by neighboring buildings however the bar area is beautiful and does have a good view. Hotel was clean and staff was great

You can’t beat the location of this property. We loved everything about it. The only con is that they charged me two days of parking when I was there only one night. They need to correct their parking fee timing which supposedly starts at 1am which I find ridiculous.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early and were offered a room upgrade for a low cost. The room was spacious and we had a view of the basilica. There is a location on the street around the corner from the main entrance to the hotel for Valet. Communication with valet is set-up via WhatsApp and that is very helpful.
