The hotel staff were very hostile and rude and treated me in an ungrateful way. They had the option to create a repeat customer, but they chose to treat me in a way that would cause me not to want to return. They did not seem to be concerned about guest experience.

A hotel with so much more potential

First impressions are a very nice hotel, both inside and out, but then comes the disappointment. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and accomodating, but there was a lady at the front desk that was very unfriendly and not helpful. I arrived a couple of hours early and was told an early check-in wasn't possible, maybe 15 mins before the 15:00 check-in time, but that wasn't guarenteed! It turns out the was only 30% full, so why wasn't an early check-in possible?! For a 4 star hotel I would have at least expected the hotel restaurant to have an english menu, especially as with AI it really wouldn't complicated or hard to do. The service, for a nearly empty restaurant was incredibly poor (or maybe my standards/expectations were to high). It's very unfortunate but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it, as there are cheaper options in the area.

It's ok, service could be better.

It's a great hotel, however they ask for a deposit and I had happened to not have any card at the time or cash (my check in was around 11pm) the lady at front desk was very mad and almost denied my access, however another gentleman in reception took my id as the deposit. Overall good hotel, I personally didn't like the deposit policy they have.

Good, except this last time

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff are helpful and provide good service. However this last time there were several things out of order. The pool was out of order, the carpet in the hall had large stains and was dirty and the window in my room was covered by a plastic graphic design. Seemed as if the window was broken, or the view was not suitable so it was essentially boarded over and covered by a plastic graphic. In other occasions I had stayed and everything was great.
