Property is in nice location so I figured I will give it a try first night was excellent but the second night they had a party going by the pool till 1:30 am with loud music and drinking so you can imagine what kind of night it was didn’t rest at all that night the 3rd night was quiet …. But I was already upset about the night before

Me dieron habitación al parecer con coc@ín@ y sucia. Reservé 4 habitaciones, las 4 sucias, con pelos, olor a cigarro, cobijas sucias y con pelos. LA CAMA MUY MUY DURA, unas no servía la puerta otra el lavamanos. Muchos huéspedes quejándose. No me hicieron válida la cancelación pero aún así me fui a otro hotel. Estéticamente bonito pero nadamas . Es una asquerosidad de hotel y servicio. No te engañes por las reseñas buenas, yo reservé 4 y todas estaban muy mal.

El concepto, él diseño y la ubicación del hotel son muy buenas. El personal de recepción, (Juan Pablo y Vanessa) muy carismáticos y serviciales, la persona del desayuno (Maria Guadalupe) super amable y atenta. Pero a lo que se refiere de limpieza!!!! Si pudiera darle -1 al personal, lo haría con gusto. Para empezar,, en las sabanas encontré cabellos de alguien que por supuesto no eran míos, puesto que acababa de destender la cama. Las fundas de la cama entre sucias o percudidas! El baño tenía cabellos en las paredes de la bañera y en el piso. Y para colmo, el AC no enfriaba!! El hotel ofrece una piscina, lo que el hotel no describe, es el color verde sucio, con mangos y hojas del arbol en el fondo de la misma, asi que ni pensar en poner un pié dentro de ella. Yo me guíe por las reseñas de éste hotel para mi estancia, pero no se si me atreviera a quedarme una vez más aquí!
