"Hotel is pretty rundown. Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The entire place smelled like smoke, both cigarette and marijuana smoke. After we checked in and went out to dinner, when we came back, there was a guy handcuffed on the floor getting arrested about two doors down from our room. ..."
