The property staff was amazing, but the food was bland and just not impressive. The alcohol selection was bottom shelf and limited. We met other people from other resorts and their experience was completely different and Breathtaking. We love the local food and wished they served more at the resort. We came all the way from America not to have an American experience.

Having read the mixed reviews of this location, I think things must be improving by the day there. Our stay was exceptional. The food was great, and the drinks plentiful. We stayed in a preferred King Swim Out that was absolutely gorgeous and our concierge was amazing. A great stay, and I will be going back again for a longer trip. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Resort in St. Lucia, and from the moment I arrived, it was nothing short of extraordinary. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—every corner feels like a picture-perfect escape with breathtaking views and a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food was consistently delicious, with so much variety and quality that every meal felt like a special experience. Whether it was fine dining or casual bites, the flavors and presentation were outstanding. The bartenders also deserve a special shoutout—they were not only talented at mixing the perfect cocktails but made every interaction fun and memorable. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the massage—it was mind-blowing. The calming setting paired with the skill of the therapist left me feeling completely renewed and added an extra layer of relaxation to an already incredible trip. What truly sets Secrets apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member I encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for, and it added such a personal touch to the luxury experience. This resort is truly a gem in St. Lucia. If you’re looking for unmatched beauty, relaxation, and service that makes you feel like royalty, Secrets Resort is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

The overall look and feel of the hotelnwas very beautiful. But LIXURY, is not found anywhere. They have a long way to go. Most of the staff seemed to be bothered when asked for basic things, but the other staff was FANTASTIC. Food was okay- good restaurants and the food was decent. Preferred club needs MAJOR work. Drinks were good, entertainment good, beach good but NOTHING stood out. If you want a nice enjoyable vacation this is a good place, but be prepared for outright ride staff and a very NOT LUXURY place.

The resort is very clean, up to date, the staff are so very friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks are delicious. The food is the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, even the presentation of the food is elevated and served with care. The drinks are delicious and not watered down, they put care to add garnishes to the drinks like cherries and limes. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. There is an app you can download that goes with this resort to help navigate amenities and room service. The spa was wonderful, very clean and one of the best massages I’ve had.

The resort is perfectly manicured with extremely helpful and courteous staff. There are quite a few restaurant options for dining. The only area requiring some attention, would be ensuring meals are served more expeditiously, to avoid them being served under room temperature.
