2nd chance & never again!
2nd time going in 2years and needless to say something’s will never change. Room wise the bed was comfortable but the bench in front of the bed broke the same we arrived. It was taken out of the room but never got a replacement.
What’s the point of housekeeping if they don’t even change your sheets. I accidentally had some makeup which smear on the bed. Yea I slept with that stain for the next 4 nights & yes it was very much visible.
Food was mid. Local food tastes way better outside of the hotel. On night we went to the steak house and the server brings the food and asks us to taste it in front of him. I was so thrown off but anyways I took a bite and that meat was tough AF. If you want to eat real steak go to (Big Chef Steakhouse) they never disappoint as that’s where I went the following day after that horrible meat we were served. Only place with decent food was the Hibachi which you have to make a reservation for and the Buffet had a good selection however I saw a guest sneezing near the bread and decides to pick up the knife to cut her bread NO ONE decided to replace that filthy knife and I saw 2other guests touch it. On our last day I got breakfast and my fiancé had a long piece of hair on his sausage. FYI - my hair is should length this hair was atleast waist length. I told the front desk but they are going to do anything about it. Needless to say, I am not staying in this establishment again the island has better hotels.
