Had a good stay here. The entertainment staff were great at facilitating the various sessions and keeping a good mood. You can see that the rooms are not brand new, but they're certainly well kept and clean. The towels and robes could stand to be a bit more plush, but this wasn't a huge issue. There wasn't too much variety day by day in the food at the main restaurant, but what was offered was mostly tasty. Excellent fruit offerings. No real complaints about our stay and would recommend to others looking for a pleasant vacation experience.

I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia and was truly mesmerized by the breathtaking views and beautiful beach. The resort offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, making it ideal for families, while also having separate accommodations and spaces for couples seeking a more private escape. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the resort and the overall ambience. everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. There was always something to do in the evenings, with nighttime entertainment like game nights and reggae nights that added a fun, lively touch to the atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated most was the convenience of having Nexus Tours onsite, which made booking and planning activities incredibly easy. I was able to enjoy a catamaran tour to the Pitons and volcano, which was a major highlight of my trip.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Royalton Saint Lucia to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, family fun, and unforgettable Caribbean adventures.

Amazing Stay at Royalton St. Lucia, Swim-Up Suite Perfection! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Royalton All-Inclusive Resort in St. Lucia. We booked a swim-up suite, and it was everything we hoped for. It was clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the water. Room service delivered breakfast to our room every morning, which was a great way to start the day. Tip: Use the app to pre-order the night before so it arrives right when you want it! One thing to note if you’re coming from the U.S., bring an outlet converter, as the plugs are different. The food at the resort was good. We dined at the Italian restaurant, the steakhouse, the buffet and the hibachi grill, and enjoyed every meal. Each restaurant had great service and a nice atmosphere. The entire staff at the resort was friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The beach was absolutely stunning. It was very clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. All the pools were also very well maintained and spotless. Evening entertainment was a nice bonus, with good energy and something fun to enjoy after dinner. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely recommend Royalton St. Lucia to anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway in paradise.

Overall I had a really good time at the property and the people were nice . I told one of the staff members Gaielle about it being my birthday and went out her way to leave a surprise in my room. It really made me birthday and for her kindness alone I will for sure return .

The property itself is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and visually impressive. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Response times are extremely slow. I requested water bottles late at night due to not feeling well, but they only arrived the next day when they were refilling fridges across all rooms. Similarly, I asked for a dental kit on the first day, and it didn’t arrive until around 4 PM. The staff clearly try their best and are courteous, but the resort seriously needs to improve its responsiveness and efficiency. If they can sort out the service issues, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Property needs more lights at night, don’t feel safe walking around at night. Our room leaks and when it was reported no one came to help. We didn’t get our room cleaned for 2 days and we reported it and no one came to assist. The food had no favor. No entertainment for the guests. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort.
