Panoramic view is situated in the peaceful community of Bonne Terre and is designed in two levels with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The gorgeous villa is located a mere five minutes drive from the buzzing hub of Rodney Bay where all the necessary amenities can be found. The upper level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room laundry room and two bedrooms. The living room and dining room are of an open plan while the kitchen is slightly detached.
The master bedroom is dressed with a king sized bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and single vanity. The other bedroom holds a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a step-in shower and single vanity.
The lower level houses the other two bedrooms which consist of queen sized beds and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom they share has a step-in shower and two single vanities. There is also a designated sink with counter space along the hallway between the bedrooms for washing of smaller items. A romantic moment can be shared from the patio which is decked with lovely outdoor furniture basking in the fantastic view of Pigeon Island and beautiful sunsets. Theses bedrooms can be accessed via a flight of stairs leading from the pool area or the laundry room.

Beautiful view

This property was as advertised, and was great for our first time on the island. The management company was great. If we had a question or issue, it was attended to immediately. Close to (driving wise) many restaurants and beaches.
