I had the VIP status but they still put us in a room with construction happening right outside. I couldn’t sit on the balcony because of the noise and we couldn’t leave the curtains open because of the lack of privacy. The resort only moved us after I made many requests and sent a message to Expedia. Once I did message Expedia, we were moved quickly. Our next room was good. The reception staff were friendly and some of the restaurant staff were nice but we felt that many of the resort workers were unhelpful and unhappy. Because of this, we all felt uncomfortable asking for anything even though we had the all inclusive package.
