Awesome hotel and service

The best part of the stay was the night desk clerk on Saturday and Sunday. He was so nice to our elderly aunt it totally made her trip. Thank you and I just wish I had gotten your name. He also helped me with the computer in the business center.

We got locked out of our room because of a malfunctioning door clamp. It took the hotel staff about 15 minutes to get in. They didn't give us any discounts or consideration.

The best ever

Everything was excellent I didnt want to leave, bed was absolutely comfortable, sheets were amazingly comfy, food was very good and perfect variety breakfast, staff was absolutely amazing surpassingly great cs and the best of all the showerhead function was amazing it came out so sooting and calm made me feel like at a spa it was the best showerhead in the world lol i swear and the view was amazing
