Very functional house on a quiet street walking distance from “The Avenue.” Ground floor is garage, full bath and bedroom. Main floor is kitchen, dining, living, and powder rooms. Upstairs is two good sized bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. Great landing spot to commute into NYC and/or hang around Greenwich.
