Welcome to The Olde White House, a totally restored farmhouse located in the Tusculum community of Greene County, TN. This home is approximately 1 mile from Tusculum University campus and Greeneville Flyboys stadium. It comes fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The living area features the original brick fireplace & solid wood staircase & is equipped with a 75" smart TV for your enjoyment. Wireless internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen area features all appliances, granite countertops, coffee bar, & is furnished with items you may need during your stay. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available just off the kitchen. You will enjoy relaxing on the large front porch in your rocking chair looking at the Mountain View and the mature trees that surround the home.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level with 1 full and 1 half bath.
On the second level you will find 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bath.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with adjoining full bath with tub/shower combination and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, closet, and view of the front porch/mountains.
Bedroom 3, located upstairs, has a queen size bed and closet, as well as bedroom 4 featuring a queen size bed and closet.
Towels and linens are provided with your stay, as well as bar soap, small size dish soap, laundry pod and dishwasher pod.

What a great rental! The house was set up so nicely with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a beautiful porch with rocking chairs for visiting. The host takes extra time to set you up for a really nice stay, with a coffee bar, very comfortable beds and nice furnishings in every room. It is homey with updated conveniences for your stay. We would absolutely stay again!

This home is adorable! I booked for my granddaughter's wedding party to stay 2 nights and dress for the wedding - then the bride and groom stayed the wedding night. They all raved about how cute it is and how roomy it was for their needs. It rained wedding day and this gorgeous porch saved the day for pre-wedding photos. So glad we booked this home!

Great house! My only complaint is the floor is uneven in a few places, one is quite a dip and someone in our party fell going to the bathroom. Also need to add more towels and clean out the coffee maker because the coffe tasted very bad. With that being said it was a nice little house with neat devote and it was very clean!

Beautiful home near the mountains

My coworkers and I stayed for two nights in June to attend a conference at the Niswonger Foundation. The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable as well! On top of that, I made a mistake in my booking, and the host was so gracious in letting me change my stay for the correct two nights. We will definitely book this place again in the future!
