Displeasure!

Unfortunately, our stay was not satisfactory. Key amenities like the pool and hot tub were closed, which was a major disappointment—especially since my son was looking forward to using them. Additionally, there was heavy construction and dust throughout the area near our room, which affected our overall comfort. None of this was mentioned on the website, and had we known in advance, we likely would have made different arrangements. Transparency about closures and renovations is important for guests when planning their stay.

The building is undergoing renovation and lacking signs to help navigate you around the building. Floor 1 hallway was wet. The pool room was cold and hot top was taped off. Bar was the bright spot. Friendly, meal was average and watching the line dancing was fun. Wouldn’t stay again until renovation is completed

Our room could’ve been a lot cleaner. The tub in the shower was obviously old and had rust around the drain. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were dirty. The toilet had a ring of dirt in the bowl and something was stuck on the front of it. Our thermostat kept showing error and not all of the electrical outlets worked. The door also needed to be played around with to shut properly and the deadbolt didn’t work. Thankfully we were only planning to be in our room for a few hours since we were at the casino for the night. We did like how close it is to the casino but next time we will definitely try somewhere else.

Hotel was close to Hollywood Casino, however, there was no hot water the first day. You also could not control the temperature in your room. There was a sign posted in the room that said to call the front desk if you needed to adjust the thermostat. I was told there was no hot water because the hotel was booked to capacity as if that was an acceptable excuse. No offer to comp or even reduce the night's stay despite the uncomfortable conditions.

Room key didn’t work to get into pool room, coffee maker didn’t work w/out weighted cup(none in room), cockroach on elevator door(staff just said sorry), gym closed off, hot tub closed off first night, place rundown w/rickety elevators, security staff was unsettling, breakfast cost $15 per person, small bottled orange juice $4, However, the beds were very comfortable.
