The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. I am handicapped. When I arrived, they changed my from from a regular room to an accessible room. It helped me greatly. I appreciate her for going above and beyond for me, AND it was Christmas Eve.

My room not cleaned for two days. Not dirty but bed and trash could have been done. What was appalling to me was the housekeeper asking me to leave a tip!! What if anything is included anymore in a hotel? I will never be tipping a housekeeper because this is their job!!! This tipping issue is out of control in this country!!! As the employer it looks ridiculous to me that they are asking for money from guests. I own a medical practice and sugerí center business. Imagine how it would look if our staff asked for extra money from patients so some patients would get better care than others. I suggest you forbid this policy or pay your staff more money!!!!

Clean room / bathroom - door was hard to open and extremely loud . Staff is always great and accommodating. Love the mgr Hoda and Shawn the host. Only downside to this stay was the parking lot was being reconstructed therefore we had to park at Qt and walk to the hotel on our last day . That was a bit inconvenient. Very busy area a bit loud this time . But the rooms are always comfy and super clean . Always a fav ans go to.

Homewood Suites was clean, quiet and comfortable, but a few hiccups. Had to ask twice for hot water in shower to be fixed (on my 2nd request I was immediately moved into a new room, took care of it but why did the 1st clerk not take care of it?). They were resurfacing the parking lot, one day they used leaf blowers which caked my rental car in dirt. Had to pay for a $6 car wash, no big deal, but really? I’d stay here again but they need to focus on the small details. I’m forgiving, but some people may not be. Breakfast…ugh it was free. Not bad but honestly McDonald’s is better. At least on day 5 they brought out the waffle maker that helped improve things. Again, it was quiet and comfortable. No major complaints. I’d come back. But I think they could do some simple things to bring it from a B- to an A.
