Breakfast is not at all good and fresh…..Hotel is not up to the standards of holiday inn and we complained about the phone not working and remote got locked in locker….. just 10 minutes after we went in to the room….front desk lady gave a new remote and for ph and locker someone will come next day morning …. The lady also said she tried reaching phone and it’s not working as my wife forgot her cell at front desk..,,, so ph is not working before we check in …and no one came next day morning .. we checked out and now I was charged 50$ for the phone ??? Tried reaching the property many times!! Left messages to front desk and still waiting from Manager ….one front desk guy said it will be refunded in 5 days…. Till now no refund! Hope you guys will refund my 50$ soon. Thanks
