This is listed as a 2 Star property, but with 5 Star feel! From the friendly service at the lobby, to the clean and updated room, to the extremely comfortable bed, this property is one to save on my favourite list. An apartment sized fridge allows for all of my cooler food to be stored and kept frozen. I love the separate sink from the shower and bathroom. A microwave and the addition of plates and glasses for in-room meals. The bed, pillows, mattress and sheets were out of this world comfortable. I think this has been the best night sleep in a very long time.

Better than other motels in Grand Forks. Rooms have been updated and the motel grounds are well kept. There's also a dairy queen right beside it, which is nice.

A great room with plenty of counter space for both of us to set our toiletries out. Room is well lit with plenty of plug-ins. Overall the facility is clean and well kept. We stayed here 2 years ago and it's been consistent great!
