Staff was great but condition of hotel is pretty run down and not what is pictured on hotels.com. feels like pretty misrepresented and not at the level of a typical holiday inn. Bathrooms have failing rusted fixtures and rings on the tub. It's not at all like the bathroom pictured. What you get isnt aligned with what is charged.

The view is quite stunning. It’s an older hotel and I would have been fine with it if not for one thing. I was traveling with a friend and when I booked it I got us a two queen beds room. About a week before we were to leave I got a call from the manager offering me a free upgrade to a suite with a king sized bed and pull out couch. I knew my friend had to drive all day and I figured it would be a nice gesture to give her the better bed and I could sleep on a sofa bed for one night. The sofa bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. If I had any kind of back issues that bed would have caused serious damage. As bad as the bed was the service was even worse. After we had checked in and were heading to bed a few hours later we pulled out the bed to find there was no bedding nor was any in the room. Now we were not a couple and we had originally asked for two beds. They knew one of us would use that sofa bed. I went t to the front desk around 11;30 pm to find no one there and then proceeded to need to wait for almost 20 minutes to finally have someone come out of the back and could give me the bedding required. It was a very dissapointing experience, if they are going to offer a free upgrade they need to be upfront about how awful the sofa bed is, and they need to make sure all the bedding required is available.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Osoyoos with our toddlers and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our first room had dirty sheets, and although we were moved to a different room, it still didn’t feel very clean. The ceilings and corners had spider webs and dust, which left a poor impression. Breakfast was included with our stay, but the service at the Sol restaurant was underwhelming. Our server seemed lost and uninterested, which made the meal less enjoyable. Traveling with little ones, a clean and welcoming environment is especially important, and unfortunately this hotel did not meet those expectations. I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

The first night we stayed we had no shower. It’s an old hotel, outdated and needs a refresh on the walls, floor, everything. The staff were very good. They upgraded us to a suite on our second night stay on our way home. Cleanliness in the suite was not wonderful, it was very quiet though! The shower worked in this suite but the shower head reall needs to be replaced or use car on it, barely and water coming out.
