RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER OF APARTMENT

The apartment is not part of Ocean Villas Hotel and is owned by someone else. On arrival we found our apartment by speaking to the reception at Ocean Villas as there was no one to great us and advise us how payment was to be made. The key was left outside our apartment. We were informed that the owner would contact us and that we would pay the owner. After 5pm on our last evening there the owner sent his cleaning lady to collect money from us. We did not have any rupees on us and had just got back from a catamaran trip. We told the lady we did not have money right now as we did not know we would have to pay in cash and we asked if she could come back at about 8pm as we would have been able to draw money by then. We were exhausted from our day trip and did not want to go into town immediately. The lady proceeded to phone the owner who was extremely rude to us demanding that we take the lady with and draw the money immediately as she will not leave without the money. His attitude and the way he treated us was completely unprofessional and he implied that we did not want to pay him yet how were we to pay him if we never even saw him and he never arranged a time for payment. The accommodation itself was ok for self catering purposes and it was a quick walk to the pool and beach. The apartment could definately be cleaner. I would definitely not return to this place. The way the owner operates and treats guests is completely unprofessional.

Comfortable apartment close to the beach.

Generally it was a comfortable hotel with attractive pleasant surrounds. Beach facilities and water sports were good. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be assist us in any way.

Ocean Villans Apartments isäntä oli tosi mukava ja avulias. Järjesti meille kuljettajat ja retket mitä pyysimme. Siisteydessä olisi ollut pikkusen parantamisen varaa. Paikan ravintola oli epäsiisti, mutta me kävimme syömässä kylällä. Huoneiston sijainti oli ok. Allasalue oli erittäin pieni.

Ce n’est pas une chambre d’hotel que nous louons

Petit hôtel (point positif) mais en travaux ( point négatif) ! L’entretien est très moyen ( des détritus sur les côtes de la plage etc...bref ce n’est pas le grand luxe évidemment). Le studio est bien décoré mais quelques soucis ( quand il pleut très fort, des grosses fuites, mon mari a dormi 3 nuits en vivant le supplice chinois de l’eau qui fuyait du toit et inondation venant de la fenêtre, la valise en toile trempée.) Réponse : y a qu’a mettre des serviettes pour éponger ... Rien n’est un pb, le frigo immonde quand on est arrivé, la terrasse envahie de fientes de pigeon ... Nous avons toutefois eu à faire à des gens très sympa ( dédicace à la femme de ménage indienne très chouette) Disons qu’on est loin de la chambre insalubre et loin de la chambre d’un hôtel 3 étoiles ... C’est pas mal pour un studio mais on a connu bien bien mieux ! Notamment peu pratique pour se faire à manger ... on campe ( que 2 fauteuils et 2 chaises hautes et une petite table basse ...)

Çok güzel iki katlı, 2 yatak odalı, 2 banyolu, 1 mutfak ve 1 salonlu villa, kendine ait otoparkı ve plajı var, denize sıfır, her gün temizlik geliyor, alıșveriș ve gezme için araba șart, super u iyi bir market ama çok yakın değil, yanında yemek yerleri de var, deniz ve kumsal güzel ötesi, tek kötü yanı evdeki kocaman karafatmalar!!!
