Fantastic all around! Antonio at reception during the day is a wonderful person and provided us with friendly & excellent assistance. Our service staff ladies were also wonderful. The rooms are so clean and beds are beautifully made. Bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Breakfast staff from the friendly chef to the 2 gentlemen manning the dining room are friendly and exceptional. We will definitely stay here again when in Granada! Also an excellent neighborhood with great restaurants and bakeries.

Good overall

This was a good hotel for our trip. Location is good. Receptionist was helpful. The hotel parking was tricky to find. The only issue we had is with bathroom door making squeaky noise. Also like many hotels in Spain there is lack of tissue paper.

Hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 in one room. Staff was very helpful and amicable. Super clean. Breakfast was really good, and served early so you are ready to go and enjoy the morning before the heat.
