Pool steps were in a poor state of repair. I had to go to reception for a pool towel there were none left at the pool. On one day there was a 10 km Grenada run, transportation was badly disrupted, there was no information in reception advising us of the disruption. No information about opening times of the restaurant, incidentally it is 20.00pm

Generally, the hotel was great, its just a little dated, there are landline links right next to the bed but if you want to use the plug next to the bed you have to unplug the lamp, the chairs although not all to important are not the most comfortable, the mattress was pretty good, its memory foam so you get loads of support, and great if your used to it, if not it can take some getting used to, breakfast was good plenty of options, and gets refreshed, pool area is clean with plenty of seating, its quite a busy hotel, for the week i was there, it held about 3 - 6 events so sometimes the loby is buisy but its a large hotel so nothing it cant handle

I picked this hotel because it has parking below the hotel for about 14 Euro. A great location with buses literally stop by the hotel door which is very convenient to go to city center and return to a quite hotel room.

Pool closed. Description claimed pool open from April. For me this is from 1st April. Pool was due to open 14th April. The weather was good and one reason i booked this hotel was for the pool.

Main restaurant 2 others offering Spanish and Italian. Very good food and plenty of it. Help yourself wine/beer in main and Spanish restaurant. Choice of 3 pools plus 1 inside. Room was excellent although we were on top , ninth floor with only 2 lifts. We had an excellent 3 nights here.

Decent hotel

Overall good stay for two nights. Hotel a bit dated and aircon took a while to get going. Decent sized rooms. Pool was very cold. Blackout curtains in place. No noise from outside but inside doors a bit thin which meant you could hear other guests from the internal hallways and lift lobby. Close to Alhambra, a EUR 5 taxi. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel near good road access so you avoid Granada traffic. Convenient bus into town and 5 euros for a taxi to the Alhambra. We used the on-site parking and didn’t use the car. It’s secure and affordable. Good size room and bathroom. Thin carpet made it feel a little cheap. Road noise isn’t an issue, we didn’t notice it. Helpful hotel staff - answered queries, ordered taxi etc. Good range of breakfast choices. We didn’t eat at the hotel, although others did. We used the restaurant next door ‘Albanta’ which had a wide choice of well cooked food and a lovely atmosphere.
