Staff very helpful. Coffee shops in the square just outside so easy to get a morning coffee. No elevator so not easy if you require one. Staff helped us up the stairs with our luggage. Close to the catherdal and helped as a navigating landmark. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location for exploring Granada. It's on a nice little square which is really buzzy in the afternoon and evenings. Really nice tapas bars nearby and the dancing cafe on the corner was great for breakfast. Parking is about a ten minute walk away but really easy to get to and very accessible. We had a family room which was very small. There wasn't really anywhere to put the cases for packing and unpacking, apart from the bed.

Granada es un precioso que si o si hay que visitar, y que mejor que hospedarse en un lugar con una vista preciosa, que está limpio y tranquilo, céntrico y con una excelente atención. Recomiendo para todo aquel que le guste recorrer las calles y regresar a un lugar seguro y bonito.

Hotel Presuntuoso

El servicio de recepcion fue bastante agradable, el trato fue muy facil, educado y simpatico pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Pagamos 80 euros por una noche sin derecho a baño privado por ser la oferta mas baja, ( que a mi parecer no tiene nada de barato). Su ubicacion esta cerca de la avd reyes catolicos pero muy lejos de la alhambra y de albaicin. No tiene ascensor y tampoco comida. El aspecto del hotel a parte de antiguo, deja mucho que desear en cuanto a instalaciones. Ventanas muy antiguas y cutres tapadas por una cortina basta y que quita muchisima luz. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y las terminaciones de las puertas rotas y llenas de pintura. Obviamente no volveremos. La foto engaña, puro marketing.

Great value / good location / friendly staff.

Very good value for money - we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the corner of the second floor - great views. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We asked for a couple of extra pillows which were taken to our room. Great location in the city. Room only basis but plenty of places to eat / have a drink. A lot of stairs to our room which was more than compensated for the view. Would have been nice to have a coffee tray or at least a kettle.

Estupenda habitación para cuatro, admision perfecta y con gran amabilidad. Camas muy cómodas y habitación muy limpia. Muy cerca del centro y posibilidad de parking cercano a buen precio.
