The hotel is ideal for visiting Alhambra. Five minutes walking to the entrance. Parking fee is high 22 euro per night. The food at dinner buffet is average.

Staff at front desk were rude and dismissive. Had to call twice to request towels since they cleaned the room and didn't leave any. In the morning, they cut off the water without notice. Food at dinner buffet was cold due to problems with heaters. To get out of the parking lot, we had to go twice to front desk since they didn't monitor the cameras.

We travelled as a family of four. This hotel is in a great location, just minutes walking from Al-Hamra. But it’s bit dated, rooms need some upgrades. Bathroom is modern but no exhaust fan. Overall it’s a good hotel for a short stay. Lot of group tours use this hotel, it can get busy. Try to buy the breakfast buffet, as restaurants and shops are at least 20 minutes walk.

I have stayed here several times as it is so convenient for the Alhambra... just walk across the road! It is also easy to walk down into the city or use one of the frequent buses. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful

Wow, such a nice place especially compared to the more expensive hotel we were staying at in Barcelona. Lots of room in this hotel in Grenada, two big beds for me and my adult son (we are both very tall), nice big bathroom, clean bedding and towels, and an outdoor pool. It is right next to the Alhambra, which is convenient for touring there, although a bit far from the centre of town. Still walkable to town centre, and there is a convenient bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly -- they even opened up the patio for us to eat outside, to accommodate a medical condition. It was a highlight of our trip.
