Thanks for considering Scenic Point for your vacation, we love sharing our home with our guests! This beautiful home was renovated in 2023 and is nestled on a quiet, private 2.5 acre lot with commanding water views from every room. This spacious lot also offers over 590 ft. of shoreline.

Some of the outdoor amenities include a large dock with a jet ski dock, 2 floating docks and a custom picnic table with extra seating. Guests have full access to the boat house with a fish cleaning table, life vests and beach chairs. There are also 5 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for your use (to rent these from a local marina they are over $50/day per paddle board or kayak)! There is electricity at the dock, perfect for those with boats. One covered boat slip and both floating docks have cleats to tie up to. The water depth off the dock at full pond is 15 feet.

An enormous firepit area overlooks the lake with sunset views. The firepit is 5' across and 3' high surrounded by 8 chairs and 4 tables. The perfect place to sit and unwind, read a book or have a bonfire and toast marshmallows.

The stone patio off the house overlooks wide water and includes 2 tables with tons of seating, 4 rocking chairs with end tables, grill, fire pit chat set and hot tub. The outdoor shower located right off the patio is the perfect place to rinse off after a long day on the lake. You will love the fire pit and comfortable seating that surrounds it.

The game room is a perfect hangout for all ages and offers ping pong , foosball, air hockey, darts, 2 sets of corn hole, a high top table with 4 bar stools, a couch and radio.

Inside you will find even more great amenities that make your stay comfortable. The remodeled sunroom has a bar with a wine and beverage fridge, coffee bar and conversation chat set with leather club chairs. All 3 bedrooms and living room have TVs with Comcast cable. This home offers a pool table, sauna, large bar in the sun room, tons of board games, movie library, puzzles and books. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan (home has central A/C). The open layout makes for a great place to relax with family and friends while enjoying a great vacation. Home has unlimited high speed internet with Comcast (which many homes at the lake do no have). Linens are included, you just need to bring your beach towels.

Scenic Point is less than 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, vineyards and only 5 minutes to the General Store (with a deli and great wine selection). You can be to Roanoke in 30 minutes, so much to do there. Our home has so much to offer, you will not want to leave!!
