Front Desk Staff was very kind. Room 200 needed some attention though. Toilet was loose and wobbled. Bathroom light flickered. Bathroom vent did not work. Arm chair was filthy with yellow sweat stains on the arms. Not enough Lysol for that. Wall paper was peeling in several areas. Mattress was like a rock. The TV remote was missing the battery cover and looked like it had not been cleaned or sanitized in months. Buttons were gummy & sticky. Nasty. Had to have my room key reprogrammed after first use. Did not work for re-entry. We were supposed to be there 3 nights. No way. Rebooked a newer hotel at 3:00am since we could not sleep on the rock of a mattress.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the pull-out couch mattress, as it was dirty and had no sheets provided. Additionally, there were no extra pillows available for the couch. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they did not seem concerned or willing to resolve the matter. This experience significantly impacted our stay.
