This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. There's a full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher!), outfitted with cooking and eating utensils, knives (be careful, they're sharp!) dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, and Keurig. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are provided. There's a bar height eating area as well as a dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs are stored in the bedrooms). The living area features comfortable seating, a smart tv with access to multiple free channels, and a 14000 BTU a/c unit that easily cools the whole house. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress. There's a dresser available as well as a walk-in closet off the master bathroom, for storing your clothes. Complimentary hair dryer, toiletries, and linens are there for you to use. The living room and master bedroom are located at the back of the house which makes for a nice, private and quiet stay. The guest bedroom has a new queen mattress and a large closet. The guest bath has a full tub/shower with complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here, with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. There is a 19 ft. deep, single car garage to secure your collector car, motorcycle, or anything else you want to secure during your stay. The class 2 EV charger is located just inside, on the wall. Due to insurance restrictions, we ask that you please not park your EV in the garage. This home is centrally located with the Goldendale Observatory State Park, to the north, and the Columbia River and wineries to the south. Downtown you'll find restaurants and The Presby Museum. There is a city pool with a disc golf course, and hiking trails located on Observatory Hill. There are 2 grocery stores available (one is just a few blocks away) to stock up on food or other items during your stay.

Great!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. We love it. The kitchen is stocked with a ton of coffee and tea choices. And plenty of spices in the cabinet for cooking. We saw several deer and even 2 babies came in the back yard. The only complaint, maybe, would be the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable. Love that there’s and EV charger too.We’ll stay here every time we’re in the area.

We really appreciated having a car charger available in Goldendale. Yes, there are two Chargepoint chargers in town, but having it at the duplex was a lifesaver! The accommodations were great. This was new, clean and nice amenities for our visit. Nothing was left to question!

This duplex deserves more than 10 stars and we hope to stay there again. It was exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quiet. The AC keeps the space comfortable. Safe and clean property

This place was perfect for our stay. Three of us stayed at the property. Everything we needed was available at the home and it was a very clean property. We stayed here mainly because we wanted to visit the goldendale observatory. We found other places to go in the area including Stonehenge Replica. The location is very quiet and it also feels very safe. I highly recommend staying in Goldendale and particularly at this property.
