Just steps away from the river, you'll be nestled comfortably in a private neighborhood that's so quiet, you'll wonder if you have any neighbors at all! Take a dip in the hot tub before retiring to one of the peaceful, fully-outfitted bedrooms. They say heaven is a place on Earth - they must be talking about Seventh Heaven!

Overall excellent stay! I just caution others to be prepared for winter weather if booking between January-February. I was originally frustrated with the water pressure in the shower (very weak flow) but by Sunday the water pressure was affected in all of the faucets too. Turns out the pipes had frozen for several properties in the area! We managed to get our dishes clean with our remaining bottled water so that we could do our part of cleaning.But the kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/pans. Not much to do in the area if you're looking to dine out so would recommend bringing your own food. The cabin was super cozy and just the setting my partner and I needed for a recharge after a super stressful couple months. All bedrooms are basement level so if you can't manage stairs very well, keep that in mind. Gorgeous view and a nice private beach. Didn't use the hot tub because of the cold air combined with with low water pressure in the shower, I didn't want to be freezing after using the tub without a nice shower to hop into.We plan on returning in the spring or summer to enjoy more of what this cabin offers. We go to the Gold Bar area a few times a year, but this was our first time at this location. We happened to pick a very stormy weekend, but between showers it was great to watch a couple of river otters play on the bank of the river from the large windows in the living room

View of the river and location was great! There was a nice little sandy shore area accessible from the house that was great for hanging out and soaking up the nature. The house was well stocked and clean. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the property management team. Would stay again!

This is a great location. Sitting on the deck or in the hot tub! listening to the river sounds and the occasional train was wonderful. Hiking nearby. The set up of the cabin is a little awkward. The kitchen and living room ( great picture window) are on the upper floor while the bedrooms are on the lower floor. The access to the deck is either outside and down the driveway or through the master bedroom. So if you plan on cooking and eating outside you will need to carry your food down. A few more trays (hint, hint) would be useful. The kitchen is well equipped but again, the set up is a little awkward. The pots were kept in a very deep lower cupboard next to the stove so we had to get down on our knees to fish them out. I might have moved them across to the moving shelf where they would be easily accessible. But thanks for having measuring cups and spoons. You can move a floor lamp if needed.We did have a problem figuring out where to hang our clothes. I could not find a closet, there were many drawers in each bedroom. Most had extra linens but we just put those on the floor since it was summer and we didn’t need them. There was no shelf in the shower but they provide shampoo & shower gel that were tucked into the pocket of a towel next to the shower. Big thanks for lots of outlets that were not behind furniture. I get so tired of having to pull out furniture to plug in my phone. My dog and I loved the little beach. I was careful but had no difficulty getting down (I’m 76)

Seventh heaven

Great stay july 26-30th! Beautiful view of the river from the home. Large deck and relaxing hot tub. My son fished and caught a few small trout.We also floated on tubes in the river. Close to amazing hikes- we did Barclay lake and bridal veil falls. Very quiet and private property yet short drive to restaurants and small towns. We would recommend this property!

Beautiful. Advertised beach and swimming, but very hard to get through the uneven ground and boulders. Loved the view. closet space needed.Well decorated. Great deck. 6 adults found it too small. Would recommend for 4 people.

Perfect Cabin

We stayed here to hike Wallace Falls. It was about 20 minutes away from the cabin. The cabin was perfect for a family of 6. It was small and cozy and just as described. Hearing the river was very relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The trail to Serene Falls was just minutes away from the cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming cabin, perfect for families

We loved our stay in this lovely cabin by the river. The hot tub was wonderful. The room with a queen bed and two twins was perfect for us and the kids. The hosts were very helpful when we needed something during the stay.

Quite weekend on the river

This was a perfect little cabin for a quiet weekend on the river. Easy access to the hiking trails we've wanted to do and a quiet retreat for us to get together with friends away from technology and play games, cook, read, and just hang out.

Overlook window was a real-life screensaver!

When we first stepped through the door, we could not stop staring at nor barely could believe, the amazing view! The cozy cabin’s A-frame perfectly presented the wild Skykomish River as it raged past, due to the recent rains! We watched bald eagles, merganser and other birds from our hot tub! We had everything we needed to cook all our meals! We will definitely come back to this location!

Serene river panoramic view

Great place for a getaway weekend with my in-laws and our children aged 3 and 7. Huge window with a view right up against the skykomish river. Comfy bedrooms and great amenities. Internet connection was good enough for zoom calls. Would recommend!
