The lady at check in was excellent. Amber. Hotels . Com had screwed up our booking and she was wonderful trying to help the situation. Hotels.com did an awful job and she was willing to help us out. She was amazing. Our stay was great. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice from lobby area and outside. Amber made a huge difference in making us feel welcome. Thank you Amber.

The gal at the check in was a joke. She did not realize that she was representing BW and the motel ownership. I had a parking issue and she was less than helpful. No welcome, no happy that you are stsying with them---nothing. I would fire her in a minute. I would welcome a call from the management.
