Disaster
We couldn’t check in because nobody was there. We knocked on doors, called, used the phone at the front desk and even got Hotels.com to try to help and nothing. After being stuck in the mountains for hours it was a real disaster to walk into a lobby at 1:30 and not be able to check in. Why have a lobby open and unlocked with a sign saying open 24hrs and have nobody working.

Room had been smoked in and there was a blood stain on the sheets. We left 5 minutes after we arrived.

it was not so good as the place had a funny smell, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows lumpy and the towels were cratchy and one of the wash clothes was stained. At 5:30, three me. were talking loudly in the lobby which i could hear four rooms down. their voices resonated all the way down the hall. urgh! Honestly it was a terrible experience.
