Excellent location, reception staff lovely. Club lounge crowded and drinks and canapés from 5:30 didn’t commence til 5:43 which meant people were queuing and rushing as going to Ovo for show at 6:30.

The hotel is in a good spot to access the hydro arena and cheap enough to stay Not a good impression with a smashed front door and rather dead appearance overall. I was given an accessable room after I'd emailed previously saying it wasn't necessary. After agreeing to take the room anyway for early check in we went up to the room in a lift that clearly needs a service. While large.. The room had a distinct funny smell, maybe coming from the bathroom. Appearing clean at first we discovered a large pink stain on the carpet. Our TV didn't work due to poor signal for the sky box provided and a remote that didn't work... The walls seemed very thin also as we could hear our neighbours alarm all morning. Good points. Breakfast was good. Staff were top tier. Good amount of towels Warm had adjustable heating Nice view

Very busy hotel we did have to queue to book in which was about 10 minutes, staff was very friendly there was only 1 lift working I did tell the lady that checked me out she did say she had a engineer coming out breakfast was stunning restaurant staff really helpful

Hotel was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish , from check in Kathleen on reception was amazing very friendly and helpful five stars an absolute asset , room was very good also , restaurant staff at breakfast were brilliant, breakfast was off the scale , and the guy was fantastic also when we checked out , throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others

Lovely stay in a nice hotel. great Pool, public spaces and bar area. Rooms were a good size. Only let down slightly by long queues at breakfast on 2 of the mornings and a lack of breakfast items

Christmas brilliance.

We stayed as a family at Christmas. The hotel staff were brilliant. Welcome presents for the kids and a selection box left on Christmas Day. Great hotel.

Great location

What a great hotel and location. We stayed in a suite with separate lounge area and great view to the river. There was a complimentary minibar with beer, wine and soft drinks and had use of the club lounge with drinks and nibbles. Dinner was nice with a varied menu and very friendly staff. Can recommend and will stay again.
