We had a great time at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow! The parking was super easy, the location is perfect for exploring, and the front desk team was so friendly and welcoming—total stars! The only hiccup was some late-night noise from staff near our room around midnight, and we had to ask a few times to keep it down. But overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d come back with hopes for quieter nights

Getting tired and shambles with parking . Your staff or hotel trying to impose a penalty for non payment for parking but I have receipt for two nights. They obviously have not matched guest name and to my request I had one car the first night which was registered at the time, then I swapped over the second night to a different car paid for two nights though and your staff said it would be fine but obviously not capable of fixing correctly

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Got seated at the bar because no space in the restaurant. There was little food left at 10.00am and very bland.
