Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed & good selection for buffet breakfast. Perfect location near to the Hydro/SEC. Only downside was our view was of the SEC/Hydro multi storey car park & occasionally sound of the train/tube but that didnt stop a good night's sleep.

Room was amazing, was spotless, super comfortable room, plenty of towels and tea/coffee. The only thing was the pillows although nice and big were really hard so both myself and my husband ended up with stiff necks today. Excellent location too and would not hesitate in returning here.
