It's very zany, with limited bar food, but all the staff were wonderful. Extremely helpful with amending the booking slightly, and with sharing local knowledge about how to get to places.

Nice staff and rooms clean and well laid out. Heating / cooling system really does not work. Only way to cool the room is to open the window (they say this) and when the window is open it is too noisy from the road.

Lovely hotel.

Lovely stay after closing up house after sale. Hotel is similar to CitizenM but not as good. Rooms are small but full of amenities. The demographic would be 20 to 44 based on the style. Im over 50 and thought even though nice, not my scene.

Lovely quiet room amd comfortable bed amd pillows. We waited a long time for dinner which wasn’t that nice and breakfast was cold which really let the place down. Staff at front desk were really nice . We have stayed in Moxy before at airport which was much nicer and quirky

Great staff, clean and quiet rooms. Well located.

Staff were amazing, and the hotel was quiet, clean and well located. I was travelling with a dog and it was great to find a hotel that could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The bar and eating space was in the main foyer, and the dog was allowed into all of the areas!

A good location for SECC

Great for the OVO, SEC, Armadillo and BBC centre but not so great for the rest of town or other venues like Barrowlands. Staff polite and helpful, The bar/breakfast area is a little run down and could be cleaner, but bedrooms spotless and very comfy. During the day on both days of my stay there was a lot of construction noise? Drilling/hammering/pounding on the ceiling from the 7th floor. It would be nice in future to give guests a little heads up about this kind of work cause it scared the bejesus out of me at first.

Moxy getaway

I have stayed in Moxy hotels in New York and Amsterdam so I was familiar with the layout of the rooms. It is a good sign when I look for the same hotel over and over. I enjoyed my stay and it was my first time to Glasgow.

Second time stay here. Great value for money as always. Staff are always lovely. Only marked down a star as no free parking - even subsidised it’s £12 and there was some questionable stains on the hallway carpets as going to / leaving room.
