Very good hotel, it deserve a 5 star grading ! Top service from very polite professional personnel. Honestly I chose this hotel at a last minute emergency trip, and it is definitely a very good surprise. Conveniently situated near the main train station, very good fresh peaceful breakfast, silent and conformable room with full over equip super clean bathroom. Excellent location, easy walk from the train station. Close to the lake, the (free) tram, and a number of good restaurants. Challenges were major construction going on right outside my room (it was incredibly noisy during my stay in March 2026, which was rough after flying all night). My room's closet was broken (you couldn't open it), as was the sink handle. But the staff were kind and thoughtful, especially the dining room staff.
