Private Executive Home with Pool, Pickleball Court, and Sauna.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 1-September 5) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round. We have a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and electronic entrance lock.

We had a fantastic stay at this Oregon Coast vacation rental over spring break—it was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing and fun getaway.The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. The beds were super comfortable, and the furniture made it easy to unwind after a day out. The living areas were great for hanging out, and the TV setup was perfect for relaxing evenings.The amenities really made the stay special. The pool and sauna were a big highlight, and having a pickleball court on-site was such a fun bonus. There was plenty to do without ever leaving the property, which made it great for both relaxing and staying active.The location is also ideal—close to Seaside and Astoria, so it was easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quieter setting.Communication with the property owner was smooth and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from start to finish.We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a great coastal getaway.

We had the BEST time!! This was a super last minute booking and from the moment we confirmed our reservation, Jeff was so nice and super communicative and answered any questions we had right away. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. (We really appreciated all of the tips that were provided for local attractions, food, etc and directions)The property exceeded our expectations and was so clean and so well maintained! It had everything we could have needed supply-wise, had tons of stuff for us to do as a family (games, puzzles, the pool!) and our kids had so much fun. Amazing family memories were made and they want to know when we can go back again! 10/10

This was definitely one of our nicest stays using VRBO. I have never been to a more equipped home from the sharp kitchen knives, to beach chairs and even golf clubs. We were truly amazed with the amenities with this home. The pool and sauna were as advertised and fantastic. The communication and pre check in was second to none and we felt at ease as we arrived. Great house, great stay, and I highly recommend this spot.

Oregon Coast Family Fun

Loved the pool, sauna & pickleball court. Owner provided plenty of pool towels & toys. Kitchen well-stocked w/dishes & cookware - even had a nice welcome basket. Golf courses close by as was town of Seaside. Lots of little shops & eateries. Beach from house a bit of a walk but a quick drive down. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Property and Great Ammenities

This is the perfect vacation rental for enjoying the Northern Oregon coast. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria, Pacific Coast Trails, and lots to do on site. Everything was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. There is a host in a separate house in case you need anything but we had everything we needed. We traveled with our adult kids and teenagers and this was great for that: plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, ample seating, stocked game room, heated pool, and pickleball. Very near some excellent beaches, food and shopping. Since we met up with kids, there was also plenty of parking space for the three vehicles. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find and put away, so very relaxing and easy. Jeff was great with communication.Highly recommend this host and property.

This home is well-appointed and spotless. The communication about how to use the appliances, where items are located, and information about the area restaurants, grocery stores, how to get to the beach were all very clear, and in addition, the light switches are labeled! They have thought of everything that made our stay easy, and all we had to do was make the memories! Because it is not on the ocean-with ocean views, we also were so pleased to be able to drive to the beach in just 5 minutes, and as a bonus, cars are allowed to drive on to the beach, making it easy to bring chairs, etc. We are already booking for next year.

Book club getaway weekend

We all loved the house, especially the great room space and the sauna. The house is perfect for a large group. We'd be happy to come back and make better use of the pool and pickle ball court. Our weekend was quite rainy but we were happy to play games and hang out in the house together

Duffer Golf Trip

This was a great place to stay for an “Old Friends” golf trip. It was close to Gearhart Golf Course, and it had a lot of room for eight old guys. It had everything we needed along with many activities to use at the place. Our host was very communicative at all times and even arranged shipping of a forgotten item. Would highly recommend!
